STORIE:

On the 23rd of September 2023, all that have been living in our dreams and minds turned into reality. On 24 March 2023, we got married at Home Affairs and decided to celebrate this big milestone on 23 September 2023. So in March, the official wedding planning started. Choosing the wedding venue was the easiest. A family venue in Kimberley, the Flamingo View Estate, where the groom was born and bred. As for the decor, we went for elegance, dominated by white, silver grey and glass. In terms of the attire, the bride and groom surprised each other with 2 outfits for the day, each having one for the matrimonial and one for the reception.

We did the planning as far as we possibly could, from personalized sweets, welcome teardrop banners, and personalized roll-up drinks banners to the release of 30 white doves after the matrimonial, and of course a freestyle duet performance in the reception area. The day was very windy, but all the wind did was blow our minds away, leaving our smiles intact and our hearts more than content. The day turned out exactly as it was supposed to. We without a doubt celebrated our dream wedding!
